EDUCATION

Grace Kennedy is a graduate of National University of Ireland School of law (cum laude) and holds a Master of Laws degree from Emory University.

EXPERTISE

Ms. Kennedy has extensive experience in immigration related adoption issues and international business. She has successfully handled numerous cases involving adopted children and complex matters regarding undocumented children in the United States. She is one of the few attorneys who accepts cases involving orphans from Afghanistan, Pakistan and other predominantly Muslim countries. Grace publishes and speaks on these topics and has previously served as a board member of a non-profit international adoption agency. Grace has successfully processed employment and investor visas for domestic and foreign businesses of all sizes. She provides foreign companies entering the United States market or engaging in cross-border transactions with strategic immigration planning for investors, executives, employees and their accompanying family members.

A native of Ireland, she has a unique personal understanding of the immigration process.

Grace is a member in good standing of the New York Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
